Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Talecto's applicant tracking system and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including companies, recruiters, hiring managers, and any authorized personnel.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

When using Talecto, you agree to maintain professional and ethical conduct:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in your plan
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for recurring subscriptions
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination after notice

Data Ownership & Rights

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Talecto:

• Your candidate data, job postings, and recruitment content remain your property
• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide our services
• Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before permanent deletion

Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability:

• We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Our target uptime is 99.9% measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• •You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• •We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms after reasonable notice
• •Upon termination, your access will cease but you may export data within 30 days

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talecto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
